HANDLAN NEWSLETTER

October 2009

The October meeting of the Handlan Chapter of the Brooks Bird Club will be this coming Monday, October 19, at 6:30 p.m. at the South Charleston Public Library.  There will be an Executive Committee meeting at 6:00.
 
Gene Hylton will present a program about the Ohio River Islands Wildlife Refuge.  Among other things, he will talk about the bird life of the area, show digital images, and describe what the Refuge has to offer, including the Refuge's new visitor center.
